Classes for men.

At the end of each course there is a Saturday class when the men come with their partners and babies. There is a short session of adult massage ( usually neck, head and shoulders), followed by time for men to be with their babies. A few exercises and fun movements are followed by a massage session for the babies.  The class ends, as always, with a time for relaxation.

This class lasts an hour and costs £10, paid on the day.

During the course, if there is an occasion when the baby’s father, grandmother, grandfather, or any other relative or close friend would like to come along, that is always possible.  It is helpful to know a few days in advance so that I can make sure that there is enough space for everyone.
